Information we process

When you sign in with Google, Inficanon receives the basic account information available through the openid, email, and profile scopes. This can include your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile image. When you use email and password sign-in, Supabase Auth processes your credentials. Your password is not stored in the Inficanon product database.

If you used the former homepage draft tool, Inficanon may retain its title, content, visibility setting, tags, last update time, and the random browser token that was used to retrieve it. The current homepage does not access or update this legacy draft data.

When you complete the registration form, Inficanon stores your first and last name, country, optional company, selected product goal and formats, optional goal description, marketing preference, and the time you accepted the Terms & Conditions.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, maintain your signed-in session, and show your account control. Legacy draft information was used to save and restore content entered in the former homepage tool. We use registration details to understand intended product use and your stated communications preference. We also process technical data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Service providers and sharing

Google provides the Google sign-in flow. Supabase provides authentication, session, and database services. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to deliver those functions. The current application does not include advertising or data-sale integrations.

Storage and retention

Account records, registration records, and retained legacy drafts are stored in Supabase. Your browser stores the Supabase session data and may still contain a legacy random draft token. The current test version does not apply an automatic retention period or provide a self-service deletion control. You can sign out at any time and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
